The twin bedroom on the ground floor, has easy access for the less able.

Directions from Chichester:
Drive to the roundabout system at the East end of Chichester bypass near Sainsburys, McDonalds and Pizza Hut..
Continue East on A27 dual carriageway, signposted to Brighton and Arundel, for about 2 miles The next roundabout is Tangmere/ Boxgrove .
Continue along the dual carriageway for a further 2 miles.
At next roundabout Fontwell/Little Chef (see map), take the third exit South.
The A29, signposted for Bognor, which runs alongside Fontwell Racecourse.
NOTE: To take this exit you will need to approach the roundabout in the offside lane of the dual carriageway.
Travel ½ mile (do not take the first turning on the left - this turning has a keep left bollard and is Wandleys Lane).
About 100 yards past this, take second left into Eastergate Lane opposite Northfields Stables.
Eastergate Lane is rather Hidden. (If you arrive at the Lion War Memorial you have gone too far.)
Eastmere House is 1/3 mile on left along Eastergate Lane. It has a name plaque on a small gallows and is opposite Ryburn Farm selling eggs.
The sign outside is illuminated at night and there is usually a flag on a flag pole in our front garden.

Directions from Arundel:
Drive to the roundabout West of Arundel on the A27 that bypasses the town (there is also a roundabout East of Arundel).
Continue on A27 signposted to Chichester. It soon becomes dual carriageway. Continue for about 3 miles.
At next roundabout continue for Chichester.Keep to nearside lane. At next roundabout at Little Chef, take the second exit A29,signposted Bognor.
This is Fontwell Avenue; it runs alongside Fontwell racecourse. Travel ½ mile (past Wandleys Lane first on the left).
Take second left into Eastergate Lane.(If you arrive at the Lion war memorial you have gone too far.)
Eastmere House is approximately ½ mile on the left opposite Ryburn Farm selling eggs.
There is a small gallows sign outside which is illuminated at night and usually a flag on a flag pole in our front garden..

OR if you have a good navigator:
After 2 miles on A27 out of Arundel, turn left at the B2132 for Barnham (just before Avisford Hilton Hotel).
After aproximately half a mile turn right at the white painted surface 'roundabout' into Walberton village
Continue through Walberton past the shops and attractive houses and cottages for 1 mile.
The road then forks into three, by the village pond take the centre fork into Eastergate Lane, not Barnham Lane (left) or West Walberton Lane (right).
Continue along Eastergate Lane for about 2 miles – past the ‘Care Village’. Eastmere is on the right, opposite a white bungalow named Ryburn Farm selling eggs,
this has bollards on the grass verge. There is a small gallows sign outside which is illuminated at night and usually a flag on a flag pole in our front garden.

Directions from Bognor:
Take the A29 London road out of Bognor north for about 6 miles. Over the level crossing at Woodgate.
Continue north, the road bears right past into Eastergate. Continue on the A29 bearing left (north) at the Lion war memorial island, up Fontwell avenue.
Pass the first small turning on the right this is Colins Close, continue up the A29 a short distance. Take the next road on the right, this is Eastergate Lane.
